Wukusy App is committed to ensuring a secure and transparent platform for all Dropshippers. To comply with legal and financial regulations, every Dropshipper must complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process by providing accurate and valid information.
Mandatory KYC Information
Each Dropshipper is required to provide the following information:
- Bank Account Number
- Account Holder Name (as per bank records)
- GST (Goods and Services Tax) Certificate & Number (if applicable)
Responsibility of Dropshippers
- The Dropshipper is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of KYC details.
- Incorrect or misleading information may result in delays, non-payment, or account suspension.
- The Company is not responsible for financial or legal consequences arising from incorrect details.
GST & PAN Verification
Clients are responsible for ensuring GST and PAN details added to their profile are accurate and valid.
Wukusy will not be liable for incorrect GST filing if wrong details are provided by the Dropshipper.
Verification & Compliance
- Wukusy reserves the right to verify details via authorized third-party services.
- Discrepancies may lead to rejection or temporary suspension until corrected.
Updates & Revisions
- Dropshippers must update KYC details promptly if changes occur.
- Wukusy reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
Acceptance of Terms
By using the Wukusy App as a Dropshipper, you agree to comply with this KYC Policy. Non-compliance may result in account restrictions.

Product Description Policy
At Wukusy, we offer products in a wide range of colors. Due to sourcing and stock availability, the specific color of a product is selected at the time of dispatch.
Color preferences cannot be specified while placing or confirming orders. Orders are processed based on available stock.
While product images may display limited color options, multiple colors may be available, and the dispatched product will be chosen accordingly.
Shipping Policy
THIS SHIPPING POLICY IS ONLY FOR INDIA ORDERS.
Processing Time
100% of orders are shipped from our warehouse within 1–2 business days, except public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays.
Delivery Timelines
- Standard Shipping (Gujarat): 6–7 business days after dispatch
- Standard Shipping (All Other States): 7–10 business days after dispatch (except a few pincodes where delivery may take up to 15 business days as per courier timelines)
Resolution Timeline
In case a parcel is stuck in transit or delayed for any reason, the resolution timeline depends on the respective logistics company. While we may escalate the issue, DABSTER INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED takes no liability for transit delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be updated in your order information. Please contact customer support if you do not receive tracking details.
Delivery Costs
Delivery charges depend on your delivery location. Please check your Order Summary to understand the delivery charges for individual products.
Failed Delivery
If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, unavailable receiver, or refusal to accept delivery, the parcel will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense. Shipping charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Our Carriers
We use DTDC, Blue Dart, and Ecom Express for deliveries. Courier partners may vary depending on serviceable pincodes.
Bank Holidays
We do not deliver on bank holidays. Parcels will be delivered on the next working day.
Shipping Delays & Transit Issues
Delivery delays may occur due to weather, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. In rare cases, resolution may take up to 45 days as per courier company policies.
Once dispatched, transit-related issues are managed by the courier company. Please monitor tracking updates for shipment status.
Refund & Return Policy
At Wukusy, we aim to ensure a smooth and fair return and refund process for Dropshipping Partners and their customers.
Return Request Period
- Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Requests after 48 hours may not be accepted.
- All requests must be submitted via the Wukusy client login support ticket.
Return Eligibility
- Damaged or Defective Products: Unboxing video is mandatory. Complaints must be raised within 48 hours. No return/refund for defective electronic items.
- Missing Items: Unboxing video required. Refund issued after investigation if confirmed.
Refund Eligibility
Refund amounts are subject to approval by Dabster International Private Limited based on product condition, unboxing evidence, and nature of the issue.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Rejection / Denial of Parcel
- If a parcel is rejected after dispatch, twice the original shipping charge (forward + reverse) will be deducted before refund.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of approval. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances. Dropshippers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Order Cancellation Policy
- No cancellations allowed after order confirmation.
- No modifications allowed after confirmation.
- Orders may be cancelled by the Company in case of stock issues, pricing errors, or non-serviceable pincodes. Full refunds will be issued in such cases.
Withdrawal Policy
Bank Details Requirement
Correct bank details must be added to your profile to initiate withdrawals.
In case of bank transfer failure, only two attempts will be made. A third attempt requires issue resolution or new bank details.
Minimum Withdrawal Amount
Minimum withdrawal amount is INR 1000.
Processing Time
Withdrawals are processed within 7 working days.
Cancelled Bank Transfers
If a transfer fails, a new withdrawal request can be made after 7 working days. Dabster International Private Limited is not liable for bank system failures.
Incorrect Bank Details
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date bank details. Wukusy is not liable for any issues or delays caused by incorrect bank information.
If a withdrawal fails due to incorrect bank details provided by you, Wukusy will not be responsible for any loss, delay, or inconvenience caused.
Insufficient Wallet / Bank Information
To process withdrawals, complete and accurate bank details are mandatory.
If a withdrawal is delayed due to insufficient or incorrect bank information, Wukusy will not be held responsible for any resulting delays or issues.
Handling of COD Amount Discrepancies
In rare cases, including but not limited to technical bugs or system glitches, where Wukusy receives a Cash on Delivery (COD) amount from the courier partner that is less than the COD selling price specified by the Seller, Wukusy will transfer the full amount actually received from the courier partner to the Seller.
Wukusy will work closely with the Seller to investigate and resolve such discrepancies. The Seller acknowledges that in these exceptional situations, the amount transferred will reflect the actual funds received from the courier company due to the unforeseen issue.
Important Notes
- Withdrawals can be made only to the bank account registered in the profile section.
- Please ensure that bank details are correct and up to date to avoid delays.
- Withdrawal requests that do not meet the requirements outlined in this policy will not be processed.
COD Remittance Cycle
For all COD orders, payment is received from courier partners approximately 10 days after the order is marked as delivered. This is a standard logistics reconciliation process.
Once the COD remittance is received in our account, the amount paid by the courier partner will be reflected in the Seller’s wallet within 24 hours.
In case of delays in COD remittance from courier partners, Wukusy will attempt to escalate the matter. However, Wukusy is not liable for delays caused by courier partners.
By using Wukusy’s dropshipping platform and requesting a withdrawal, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

How to Raise a Grievance
Customer Support
You may raise a grievance by submitting a support ticket. Our team will review and respond accordingly.

Acknowledgement
We will acknowledge receipt of your grievance within 48 hours.
Resolution Timeline
We aim to resolve all grievances within 7 working days. If additional time is required, you will be informed of the expected resolution date.
